My red cable and lace scarf was featured in pinkbubble's Vegan Love treasury.  Pinkbubble has a wonderful shop on Etsy as well where she sells jewelry. 

Lasagna with Daiya

I just made an amazing lasagna with lots of mushrooms, spinach and Daiya. It is absolutely delicious.  Daiya is a vegan cheese that melts just like cheese but without any of the animal cruelty associated with real cheese.
